Superfast (read = short) highlights for a few chuckles:
- Mamo's frosted pants - today Daycare offered delicious hot cinnamon rolls for breakfast (Kids eat immediately at drop-off). Drop-offs are always a little emotional for Addie, desperately crying for Mamo* to stay. Today was no exception as I got the standard leg clinging cry as I try to dash off to work. Got to work, business as usual. Noticed into the 2nd hour of being at work that there were several white hand prints on my pants. Frosting + clinging toddler = cleaning pants at office sink. *Side note: a few week's back Addie decided to start calling me "Mam-o" instead of "Mama". Not too sure where she got this one, but she continues to use it.
- Singing song - During car ride home yesterday Addie broke into song. Not sure what triggered it. Didn't really have a discernible melody or words, but clearly there were several verses. She even gave herself a round of applause when she finished.
